32 City’s community aspiration of Secure in our diverse and quality housing and neighborhoods. <br />33 F INANCIAL I MPLICATIONS <br />34 There are minimal anticipated financial implications. Summer Impact Corps Housing Stability Fellows <br />35 earn a stipend, health insurance, and funding for tuition or student loanspaid through the AmeriCorps <br />36 program. In the past a site fee was requested, however, since this program is twelve weeks instead of a <br />37 year, the site fee will be waived. The police department would cover any site related expenses through <br />38 existing budgets and other funding sources. <br />39 R ACIAL E QUITY I MPACT S UMMARY <br />40 BIPOC communities across the country are disproportionately impacted by homelessness due to <br />41 structural racism and disparities in access to health care, economic opportunities, housing, and <br />42 education. Roseville is not immune from these disparities.
