BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City agrees to remit available grant funding <br /> towards the continued minimization of elimination of excessive I&I within the public <br /> sanitary sewer system; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will secure and retain receipts for all eligible <br /> repairs and that MCES will have reasonable access to audit these records upon request. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Groff and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Groff, Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe; and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
