Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 7:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Groff, Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested an additional item to the agenda. Item 7d "Letter of <br /> Support on Behalf of Every Meal" for funding from the State for a new food distribution <br /> facility. <br /> Schroeder moved, Strahan seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Groff, Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Receive the 2022 Cash Reserve Fund Report and Consider Transfers <br /> Finance Director Michelle Pietrick briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> Request for Council Action and related attachments dated March 13, 2023. <br /> Councilmember Schroeder wanted to make the point that the negative interest <br /> revenue of$59,000 is a non-cash item so it does not affect the cash balance in this <br /> account and also those investments are quite conservative so it is not that the City <br /> is at risk with those as well. <br /> Ms. Pietrick indicated the City invests according to statutes and the City's invest- <br /> ment policy. <br />
