Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, March 20, 2023 <br /> Page 12 <br /> City really reach the people who maybe cannot get to City Hall or have the <br /> trust or relationship to be in this space. She thought it goes back to the City's <br /> work on DEI and how does the City reach out. She would like to see the City <br /> have a communication plan where the City is reaching out to the public. <br /> Councilmember Strahan indicated she would like to propose some type of <br /> community action where the Council, as elected officials, go out into the <br /> community and more actively seek to involve and collaborate with the <br /> community. <br /> Mayor Roe asked what kind of a timeframe was Councilmember Strahan <br /> looking for. <br /> Councilmember Strahan thought it would be nice, before the end of Envision <br /> Roseville, to at least have one or two things in place. Maybe in the next six <br /> weeks or so would be good to figure out how the City and Council can be <br /> involved during the summer. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if there was any objection from Councilmembers to add this <br /> to a Council agenda in the next six weeks. <br /> There was no objection from the Council, and so the item will be placed on an <br /> upcoming agenda in that time frame. <br /> 9. Approve Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior <br /> to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the <br /> Council packet. <br /> a. Approve February 27, 2023, March 7, 2023 and March 8, 2023 City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, approval of the February 27, 2023, March 7, 2023 <br /> and March 8, 2023 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 10. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for Council <br /> Action dated March 20, 2023 and related attachments. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment on the Consent Agenda <br />
