VILLAGE OF ROSEVILIE. Regular meeting of the Village Council held Tuesday July 5, 1955 at 2 p.m. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members peGscnt: Salverda, Carlson; Olson, Willmus and Hammersten. B. H. Loftsgaarden, Attorney, anò Milner Carley, Engineer, were also presant. Willmus moved, Carlson seconded the minutes be a)proved é'..S presented. Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). The A:'.: A Electric Co. had been asked to appear before the C::uncil which they did. The Electrical Inspector pointed out several jobs that must be completed correctly betìl!7ee their license can be renew·ed. They were c;iven 10 days in which to do this work. A & ABle, tim. Hueller and several residents ajJpearea In regard to the Truck Route the true State Highway Dept. is planning on the west side of the Village. The Council rout· is going on record as being opposed to putting the truck route where it will be necessary to move homes and cut the Gluek Farnl in two parts. Nr. C. VJ. Hichaèü again asked about the acceptance of the ctreets in C. M. Nichaels 4th Add. The Encineer is to mee~ Wednesday Horning July 6 with the grader and hr. Hichaels to point out the bad spots that must be repaired. Harmnersten moved, Carlson seconded that Otto B. Aàhbach & Sons be cJ_l~Hod Ashbac to erect an office and shop at Cleveland & Co. Ord. # H&~mersten moved, seconded by Olson that the pro~osal be accepted and sent to I\Torthern States POì'J'e:i:' Co. Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). The Attorney reported that he had examined the contract which the architects had subm:'.tted and stated it is in order. hr. LoftsgQarden reported that serveral residents in the vicinity of Snelling and Co. Rd. B2 are complaining about the unsanitary conditmons at the Polar Food Locker. Carlson moved, Olson seconded the Attorney be authorized to write letters to the Polar Food Lockers and Narrinan Poultry Farm and order them to dis- pose of their refuse every day and to keep their premises in a clean manner.
