EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 24th day of April, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following members were absent: None. Councilmember Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11979 APPROVAL OF METROPOLITAN COUNCIL EASEMENT AGREEMENTS WHEREAS, in 1971 the City of Roseville, formerly the Village of Roseville, entered into an agreement to transfer parts of the City's sanitary collection system to the Metropolitan Council (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS,Metropolitan Council staff found three City parcels where the transfer of ownership was not completed; and WHEREAS,the City of Roseville and the Metropolitan Council drafted new documents including: Bill of Sale, Quit Claim Deed and three easement agreements to complete the terms of the agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, approves the Bill of Sale, Quit Claim Deed and three easement agreements; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign all documents related to the easement transfer to complete the terms of the Agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Strahan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the same:None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
