Attachment B <br />CHAPTER 207 <br />ETHICS COMMISSION <br />SECTION: <br />207.01:Establishment andMembership <br />207.02:Scope, Duties and Functions <br />207.01:ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMBERSHIP: <br />There is established an ethics commission of the City which shall consist of one <br />memberfrom each City Advisory commissionand which shall be subject to Chapter <br />201 of the City Code.(Ord. 1498, 4/11/2016) <br />The ethics commission shall hold an annual meeting and otherwise meet on an as- <br />needed basis or when an ethics complaint is filed. <br />207.02:SCOPE, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: <br />The duties and functions of the Commission shall be as follows: <br />A. Serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters involving any <br />ethics code adopted by the City Council. <br />B.Administer any ethics code adopted by the City Council. <br />C.Perform other duties and functions or conduct studies as specifically directed or <br />delegated by the City Council.
