Election of Officers <br />32 Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer explained that each year the Commission <br />33 is asked to elect a chair, vice -chair and a member to serve on the Ethics <br />34 Commission. <br />35 <br />36 Chair Ficek asked for nominations for chair of the PWETC. <br />37 <br />38 Chair Ficek indicated he would be happy to continue as Chair, but someone else <br />39 could do it as well. <br />40 <br />41 Motion <br />42 Member Misra moved, Member Hodder seconded, election of Ficek for Chair <br />43 of the PWETC. <br />44 <br />45 Ayes:6 <br />46 Nays:0 <br />47 Motion carried. <br />48 <br />49 Chair Ficek asked for nominations for vice -chair of the PWETC.
