P. Posting of rates. All massage therapy establishments must post their rates for <br /> service in a prominent place in the entrance or lobby of the business. <br /> 309.07: VIOLATIONS, PENALTY: <br /> In addition to any civil remedies at law and/or adverse licensing actions,every violation of <br /> this Chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and every person so violating this Chapter is <br /> subject to criminal prosecution. <br /> SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 24th day of April, 2023. <br />
