EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of May, 2023, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Etten, Groff, Strahan; and Roe; and the following were <br /> absent: Schroeder. <br /> Councilmember Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11981 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MnDOT TEMPORARY PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is resurfacing and performing <br /> associated work upon, along, and adjacent to TH 36 and associated ramps within Roseville <br /> Corporate City limits under State Project No. 6212-192; and <br /> WHEREAS, the project will be funded with State funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into a temporary permit to construct to allow MnDOT to <br /> perform work on a Roseville trail easement at the Dale Street ramps. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville enter <br /> into the MnDOT Temporary Permit to Construct. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute the <br /> Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Strahan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Groff, <br /> Strahan; and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
