EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 5th day of June, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Groff, Strahan, Schroeder, and Mayor Roe; and the following were absent: Etten. Councilmember Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11997 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE FAIRVIEW AND COUNTY ROAD C STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 23, 2022, New Look Contracting, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the Fairview and County Road C Storm Sewer Improvement contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Of Roseville, Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, upon receiving final documents from the contractor, the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract and taking the contractor's receipt in full; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on June 5, 2023. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Strahan, Schroeder, and Mayor Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
