Utility relocation underway. <br />• Water Tower Painting <br />o All painting and repairs are complete and tower is back online. <br />• 2023 Pathways <br />o Awarded to New Look Contracting on June 20. Schedule TBD. <br />• 2023 Drainage Improvements <br />o Currently out for bid. <br />MnDOT Updates: <br />• TH 36 Ramps at Hamline Avenue Construction <br />o Construction is complete. <br />• TH 36 Ramps on Fairview Avenue <br />o Construction began June 1 and continues until State Fair. <br />o Full ramp closures start June 26 for up to 30 days. Fairview will remain open. <br />o Plan for intermittent ramp closures, but only a weekend closure of Fairview <br />Avenue. <br />Page 7 of 125 <br />
