Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 1 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 20th day of June, 2023, at 2 6:00 p.m. 3 The following members were present: ; and and the following were absent: . 4 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 5 RESOLUTION No. 6 RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT 7 FOR 2023 PATHWAY PROJECT 23-05 8 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans 9 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were 10 received on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and 11 one bid was received complying with the advertisement: 12 Contractor Base Bid New Look Contracting, Inc. $809,847.00 Engineer's Estimate $749,624.00 WHEREAS, it appears that New Look Contracting, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder for 13 the Base Bid plus Alternate Bid at the tabulated price of $809,847.00. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 15 Minnesota: 16 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter a contract with 17 New Look Contracting, Inc., for $809,847.00 in the name of the City of Roseville for 18 the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore 19 approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager; 20 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 21 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , and 22 upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the following 23 voted against the same: . 24 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 25
