RPCA Attachment 4 <br />Final construction plans will be approved by the City prior to issuing <br />permits. <br /> MPCA Sewer Extension Permit is required. <br />o Storm Sewer <br /> The development has to meet city stormwater standards. Submittals from <br />the developer’s consulting engineer demonstrate that the site can meet <br />the requirements of the city. <br /> The storm sewer improvements within the site will be private. Provide an <br />executed Operation & Maintenance Agreement in favor of the City of <br />Roseville that has been recorded with Ramsey County. The template <br />agreement can be found at www.cityofroseville.com/privatebmp. <br /> Submit contact information for the trained erosion control coordinator <br />responsible for implementing the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP) for the site. If that person has not been selected, a SWPPP <br />Amendment is required prior to construction. <br /> An asbuilt for site grading and stormwater infrastructure will be required <br />prior to final approval and release of Erosion Control and Grading escrow <br /> Provide a copy of the Rice Creek Watershed Permit(s), or documentation <br />that a permit is not required. <br /> Provide a copy of the NDPES Permit(s), or documentation that a permit is <br />not required. <br /> City Erosion Control, Grading and Storm Water Permit is required. Final <br />construction plans will be approved by the City prior to issuing permits. <br />3.General <br />o An Encroachment Agreement will be will be required for the public water and <br />sewer utilities to exist under the private driveway. <br />o A home owners association will be required to maintain the private road and <br />storm water features. <br />o City ROW permit is required. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback and on this project at this time.
