<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Continued meeting held Friday Oct. 7, 1955 at 8P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met o~ the above date with the following members <br />present: Carlson, Olson, Willmus, Hammersten. <br /> <br />Olson moved, Hæwnersten seconded the following described 3 parcels of <br />land be rezoned from Farm reseidential to Industrial. Roll Ayes (4) Nayes; <br />(Õ). <br /> <br />That portion of the East three hundred twenty-four and twenty five hund- <br />redths feet (E324.25') of the West four hundred forty-five and two tenths <br />feet (W445.2') of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (NEt of <br />S~) of Sectiom Eight (8) Township 29(29) Range (23) which lies north <br />and west of the Hinnesota Transfer Railway Co. tracks. <br /> <br />The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (NWt ofNW{) of Section 9, <br />Township 29, Range 23, exeepting the South ten (S.lO) acres thereof and <br />that part owned by the Northern Pacific Railroad. <br /> <br />East one-half of the East one-~alf(Et o~) of the Northeast quarter <br />(NJ&¡) of Section Eight (8) Towns~ip 29 Range 23, except that part thereof <br />lying north (N) of the Northern racific Railway Company right-of-way. <br /> <br />Olson moved, Carlson seconded the Village send Edw.
