Future Agenda Review, Communications, Reports, and Announcements — Council <br /> and City Manager <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon reviewed the July 17, 2023 EDA and City Council <br /> meeting, and the July 24, 2023 City Council meeting. <br /> Councilmember Schroeder updated the Council on the League of Minnesota Cities <br /> conference she attended. She noted a number of changes are coming their way including <br /> cannabis regulations. She indicated the City of Roseville received a sustainability award <br /> and she congratulated everyone who worked on it. <br /> Mayor Roe explained the City was awarded a grant for the pathway on Hamline, north of <br /> County Road C and is currently scheduled for 2025 but he heard staff is going to attempt <br /> to swap this with another pathway project for 2024. <br /> Councilmember Groff reported the City of Roseville is celebrating 75 years and will be <br /> celebrating in Central Park on July 22, 2023. <br /> 12.
