Roll Call Ayes(4)-Nayes(0). <br /> <br />Vince Courtney represented a group of property owners in the <br />vicinity of Dellwood & TH 36. He pointed out that a 3-1 vote on the <br />rezoning was not Jllli:ai:xJóÅ“nvalid when the Ordinance calls for a 2/3 <br />vote of the Council. Hammersten moved, Olson seconded a rehearing <br />on the zoning be held on Nov. 1 at 2 P.H. rl.oll Call Ayes(4~-Nayes(0). <br /> <br />IJlr. Blank asked if the Village Council could work out some way to <br />get insurance or some sort of coverage for a slide to be erected near <br />Eldridge & F ernwood. Will be checked. <br /> <br />Road lÏ'oreman, Vern Schmidt, and the Council agreed to meet Monday, <br />Oct. 17 at 2 P.N. to discuss Winter problems of the l'1aintenance Crew. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />A large group of residents were here in regard to the proposed London- <br />Pothen-Tschida-Johnson Plat. More property owners are now interested <br />in subdividing. There are some problems to be discussed so the Council <br />referred it to the Planning Commission with the hearing to be held on <br />Nov. 7 at 8 P.M.. <br />" It\'C\.\)Q\. ~ <br />Mr. Peterson f.
