EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 7th day of August, 2023 at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following were absent: <br /> Etten and Strahan <br /> Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12011 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br /> MINNESOTA FASTPITCH ACADEMY <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Fastpitch Academy has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to <br /> conduct lawful gambling activities at 1744 Terrace Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Fastpitch Academy has met the local permit requirements as specified in <br /> City Code, Section 304. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Roseville,Minnesota, <br /> as follows: <br /> The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of Minnesota Fastpitch <br /> Academy to conduct lawful gambling activities at 1744 Terrace Drive. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Schroeder, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Groff, and <br /> Roe; and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
