City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1638 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE 3, CHAPTER 316 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 316 <br /> TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL (THC) PRODUCTS RELATED <br /> TO ESTABLISHMENTS HOLDING A LICENSE UNDER <br /> MINNESOTA STATUTE CHAPTER 340A. <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Title 3 Section 316.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 316.02. DEFINITIONS <br /> Except as may otherwise be provided or clearly implied by context, all terms shall <br /> be given their commonly accepted definition. The following words, terms, and <br /> phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this <br /> section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: <br /> Age-Restricted Establishment. An establishment licensed under this Chapter which: <br /> (a) Prohibits persons under 21 years of age from entering the establishment at <br /> all times; <br /> (b) Posts conspicuous written notice of such age restriction at all entrances to <br /> the establishment; <br /> (c) Meet all of the following building or structural criteria: <br /> (i)Shares no wall with, and has no part of their structure adjoined to any other <br /> business or retailer, unless the wall is permanent, completely opaque and without <br /> doors, windows, and pass-throughs to the other business or retailer; and <br /> a) (ii)Is accessible by the public by an exterior door. <br /> Compliance Checks. The system the City uses to investigate and ensure those <br /> authorized to sell licensed products are following and complying with the <br /> requirements of this article.
