EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21 st day of August, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Groff, Etten, Strahan, Schroeder, and Roe; and the following were absent: None Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12014 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON PORTION OF DALE STREET NEAR NATURE CENTER WHEREAS, Dale Street, south of County Road C, is a Ramsey County Road within the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville and Ramsey County wish to establish a no parking area near the Nature Center to provide better site visibility; and WHEREAS, Ramsey County requires a no parking resolution so no parking zone can be established, and WHEREAS,parking will be restricted on the street and"no parking" signs will be posted as per the map in Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,that parking is hereby prohibited on Dale Street approximately 50 feet north of the crosswalk and approximately 40 feet south of the crosswalk near the Nature Center as shown in Exhibit A. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Etten, Strahan, Schroeder, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
