EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21st day of August, 2023, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Groff, Etten, Strahan, Schroeder, and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: None. <br /> Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 12015 <br /> RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON DALE STREET FROM LARPENTEUR <br /> AVENUE TO LOVELL AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, Dale Street from Larpenteur Avenue to Lovell Avenue is County State Aid <br /> Highway 53 (CSAH 53), which is part of the County State Aid Highway system; and <br /> WHEREAS, portions of such roadways are proposed to be rehabilitated using State Aid funds <br /> and the rehabilitation of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; and <br /> WHEREAS, Dale Street from Larpenteur Avenue to Lovell Avenue, parking will be restricted <br /> on both sides of the street and "no parking" signs will be posted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br /> parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of Dale Street from Larpenteur Avenue to Lovell <br /> Avenue. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Etten, Strahan, <br /> Schroeder, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
