VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting 0' the Village Council Wednesday Nov. 9, 1955 8 p.m. The Village Council of Roseville met on the above date with the following members present: Salverda, Olson, Carlson and Hammersten. B. H. Loftsgaarden, Attorney, and Don Carley, Engineer, were ~o present. Willmus absent The Clerk read the Planning Commission's report on the petition to rezone the N. E. corner of Snelling & TH 36. The commission does not recommend the preperty be rezoned. The petitioner, Mr. Foss from the Zimmerman Realty Co. was the only one present in favor of the rezoning. Olson moved, Carlson seconded the Council concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission and deny the petition to rezone from F~ Residential to Commercial the property on the N. E. comer of Snelling and TH 36. Roll Call Ayes (4)_4_ayes (0). Mr. Johnson - from the Verda Haven area - presented a petition requesting the Council to acquire the property bounded on the south by TH 36, on the east by Hamline Ave., on the north by Co. Rd.
