<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />Regular meeting 0' the Village Council Wednesday Nov. 9, 1955 8 p.m. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Salverda, Olson, Carlson and Hammersten. B. H. Loftsgaarden, <br />Attorney, and Don Carley, Engineer, were ~o present. Willmus absent <br /> <br />The Clerk read the Planning Commission's report on the petition to rezone <br />the N. E. corner of Snelling & TH 36. The commission does not recommend <br />the preperty be rezoned. The petitioner, Mr. Foss from the Zimmerman <br />Realty Co. was the only one present in favor of the rezoning. <br /> <br />Olson moved, Carlson seconded the Council concur in the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and deny the petition to rezone from F~ <br />Residential to Commercial the property on the N. E. comer of Snelling <br />and TH 36. Roll Call Ayes (4)_4_ayes (0). <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson - from the Verda Haven area - presented a petition requesting <br />the Council to acquire the property bounded on the south by TH 36, on the <br />east by Hamline Ave., on the north by Co. Rd.
