EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of September, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: None. <br /> Member Strahan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO 12021 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY, FOR THE BENEFIT <br /> OF THE ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, ON REAL ESTATE <br /> TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2024 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, as follows: <br /> The request of the Economic Development Authority for a special levy per Minnesota Statutes <br /> Section 469.107, is hereby approved in the amount of$378,235 to be collected in 2024 for the purposes <br /> of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 to 469.1081. This amount does not exceed 0.01813 percent of <br /> estimated market value of the city as required under Section 469.107. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> Etten, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, <br /> Groff, and Roe <br /> and the following voted against: None <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
