EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25th day of September, <br /> 2023, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; <br /> and the following members were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 12023 <br /> ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE MIDLAND <br /> LEGACY ESTATE 3RD ADDITION PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 6, 2022, Integrity <br /> Land Development, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the public improvements associated <br /> with the Midland Legacy Estate 3`(1 Addition Public Improvement Contract. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Etten, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
