<br />Extract of Minutes of the <br />Meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held December 14, 195.5 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting and <br />public hearing of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minn- <br />esota, was duly held at Alexander Ramsey High School in said Village on <br />\lJednesday, the 14th clay of December, 195.5 at ß 0' clock P.M. <br /> <br />The follmling members were present: <br />Harnmersten, and the follcwing was absent: <br /> <br />Olson, Salverda, Carlson, <br />Willmus. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting wes o¡:en for the consideration <br />of a propo sed sanitary se1.¡er improvement in the Vi 11.<lp'e. '1'hp C1 AT'Ìl" <br />produced an M'fidavitshm¡ins pl101ica-c.}.on)[ a notiGe appearing on the <br />improvement two weeks in the official newsDaper of the Village, the last <br />publication being on the first day of December, 19.5.5, which Affidavit was <br />examined and ordered placed on file. The Mayor then called upon all property <br />owners and interested individuals present either for or against said proposed <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The proposed sanitary sewer system was explained to the individuals <br />present by the village engineers, Banister Engineering Company, and the <br />village bond consultant, Peter S. Popovich. <br /> <br />The following arpeared in favor of said improvement: <br /> <br />Emmet Williams, Superintendent of Schools <br />Glenn C. Sullivan, State Farm Mutual Insurance Companies <br />Dr. Mohan S. Sekhon, Village Health Officer <br />Mr. McPherson, Allied Stores <br />Farrell Johnson, 1848 Fernwood <br />Charles J. Linder, 3069 'l¡Joodbridge <br />Fred Rahn, Businessmen's Association <br />William Rea, 1224 Sandhurst Drive <br />R. H. Reinecke, 11.58 Shryer <br />Harry Olson, 1864 Aglen <br />David Latur, 777 Grandview <br />G. H. Hammond, 220.5 Midlothian Rd. <br />Donald R.
