EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of October, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, Strahan, and Roe; and the following were absent: None. Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12026 RECEIVE THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR COUNTY ROAD B RECONSTRUCTION AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 31, 2022, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of County Road B,between Eustis Street and Cleveland Avenue; and WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$2,000,000. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 6th day of November, 2023, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:00 p.m. and the City Engineer shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
