EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 6th of November, 2023, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following were absent: Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 12027 ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR COUNTY ROAD B BETWEEN EUSTIS STREET AND CLEVELAND AVENUE WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted October 23, 2023, received the feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of County Road B, between Eustis Street and Cleveland Avenue; and WHEREAS, a minimum of ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on November 6, 2023, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted November 6, 2023; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement; The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Schroeder,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
