EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 6th of November, <br /> 2023, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the <br /> following were absent: <br /> Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12027 <br /> ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR COUNTY ROAD B BETWEEN EUSTIS STREET AND <br /> CLEVELAND AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted October 23, 2023, <br /> received the feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br /> improvement of County Road B, between Eustis Street and Cleveland Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, a minimum of ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of <br /> the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on November 6, 2023, at which <br /> time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in <br /> the feasibility report; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such improvement is hereby ordered as <br /> proposed in the council resolution adopted November 6, 2023; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City engineer shall prepare plans and <br /> specifications for the making of such improvement; <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Schroeder,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: <br /> None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
