EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of November, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Strahan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12028 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR COUNTY ROAD B FROM SNELLING TO LEXINGTON AVENUES WHEREAS, County Road B between Snelling and Lexington Avenues in the City of Roseville is Ramsey County State Aid Highway 25; and WHEREAS, the project has been designated for funding by the Minnesota Department of Transportation("MnDOT") as eligible for County State Aid Highway("CSAH") funds, and, Municipal State Aid System ("MSAS") funds; and WHEREAS, the Project has been designated as County State Aid Project(S.A.P.) 062- 625-042 (County Road B) and Municipal State Aid Project (S.A.P.) 160-020-048 (County Road B); and WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish project cost participation for both parties and to establish the means for the City of Roseville to compensate Ramsey County for expenses on said project; and WHEREAS, the City and Ramsey County have drafted an agreement to establish said terms for the project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville approve the Cooperative Agreement drafted by Ramsey County and entered into with the City of Roseville and that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
