EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 6th day of November, <br /> 2023, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the <br /> following members were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Strahan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 12029 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> 2022 VILLA PARK SEDIMENTATION POND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on July 25, 2022, Kevitt <br /> Companies, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the 2022 Villa <br /> Park Sedimentation Pond Improvements Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, upon receiving final documents from the <br /> contractor, the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br /> payment of such contract and taking the contractor's receipt in full; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year warranty period as specified in <br /> the contract shall commence on November 6, 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Etten, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
