EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 6th day of November, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following members were absent: None. Councilmember Strahan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12029 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 2022 VILLA PARK SEDIMENTATION POND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on July 25, 2022, Kevitt Companies, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the 2022 Villa Park Sedimentation Pond Improvements Project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, upon receiving final documents from the contractor, the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract and taking the contractor's receipt in full; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on November 6, 2023. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Etten, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
