" The outcome <br />related to contracting states that "The City establishes a policy to hire contractors who use a <br />workforce that reflects Roseville's racial equity plan. " The relevant action states "Contracts are <br />reviewed for inclusion language to address hiring of contractors with a racially diverse <br />workforce. Working conditions must be as safe as possible <br />meeting all local, state, and federal policies, guidelines, rules, and laws. Labor policies should <br />fully respect the rights of all employees.
