Extract of Minutes of the Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota Held December 30, 1955 Pursuant to due call and nc·tice thereof the continuation of an adjourned meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Friday, the 30th day of December, 1955 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: All and the following were absent: None The first matter taken up for duscussion was the sanitary sewer improvement project. Mr. Belden Loftsgaarden gave a detailed explanation of negotiations and the situation so far as it existed with the City of St.. P~ul. Mr. Popovich then commented on the law a nd the local improve- ment code and other relevant factors. Following the discussion Member B. H. Hammersten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1, AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS. 1¡lHEREAS a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 15th day of November, 19S5, fixed a ~ate for a hp-aring on the proposed sanitary sewer improvement generally in the following described area: Lying west of the center line of Rice Street, beginning at the intersection of Rice and County Road B-2, thence west of the center line of County Road B-2 to the center line of Grotto Street; thence south on center line of Grotto Street to the canter line of Highway 36; thence west on center line of Highway 36 to the center line of Cleveland Avenue; thence south on center line of Cleveland Avenue to the center line of Roselawn Avenue; thence east oft center line of Roselawn Avenue to the center line of Hamline Avenue; thence south on center line of Hamline Avenue to the center line of Larpenteur Avenue; thence east on center line of Larpenteur Avenue to the center line of Rice Street and north on center line of Rice Street to the point of beginning, '-, AND hTHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of t;lÌs improvement were given ten days published notice of the Council hearing throµgh weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and the property owners were heard hereon as of that date, it being the 14th day of December, 1955.
