City of Roseville <br /> 2024 Fee Schedule <br /> General Business Licenses and Permit Fees <br /> City 2024 <br /> Fee Description Code Amount Comments <br /> Comments: <br /> (a) If MN Statute 340A.408,subd 3(c)are met <br /> (b) Calculation is based on 10%of the estimated fair market value of unimproved land,as determined by the <br /> Ramsey County Assessor's Office on the date of approval of the plat or subdivision. <br /> (c) For 2018 and beyond,the fee is$3 minimum or 3%of the fine,registration,permit,or license when processed in Accel <br /> (d) In addition to the$550 base fee,an escrow fee of 4%of the total improvement cost is also collected <br /> (e) 1.Vehicle Response Fee(accident,vehicle fire,clean-up,injury accident,Extrication,vehicle fire). <br /> a. This program would be administered by the newly created Lieutenant positions. <br /> b. Estimated annual fee income of$34,000 <br /> c. Roseville Fire responds to several hundred vehicle related emergencies annually at significant cost to the departme <br /> d. This fee would replace the current"Fire Rescue and Extrication fee". <br /> e. Most vehicles insurance cover emergency response these type incidents. <br /> f. The fee would remain$400.00 incident and$48.00 per vehicle involved.Additional costs would be added for haza <br />
