Montgomery's Lake View Addition is hereby vacated, with the exception that an <br /> easement for utility purposes within the vacated right-of-way is hereby reserved. <br /> 2. The unimproved right-of-way that lies between the properties located at 571 and 555 <br /> Roselawn Avenue W. and as shown as "Kent Street" in the plat of Montgomery's <br /> Lake View Addition is hereby vacated,with the exception that an easement for utility <br /> purposes within the vacated right-of-way is hereby reserved. <br /> 3. City staff and consultants are hereby authorized and directed to file a notice of <br /> completion of vacation proceedings. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Strahan, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon; the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Groff, Strahan, <br /> Schroeder, and Mayor Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> RS160-1-865484.v1 <br />
