EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of January, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, Strahan, and Roe; and the following <br /> members were absent: None. <br /> Member Strahan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12046 <br /> RESOLUTION ON DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND ELECTRONIC FUNDS <br /> TRANSFERS AUTHORITY <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the <br /> following banks are designated official depositories for the City of Roseville for 2024. <br /> • US Bank <br /> • BMO Harris Bank <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby designate <br /> official signatories for the City of Roseville for fiscal year 2024: <br /> • City Mayor <br /> • City Manager <br /> • Finance Director <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby delegate <br /> authority to make electronic funds transfers to the Finance Director for fiscal year 2024. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, and <br /> upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof:Etten, Schroeder,Groff, Strahan, <br /> and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared, duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
