In general, it is usually divided amongst the properties that are adjacent to it in the original plat, where it was platted. Mr. Trudgeon reviewed the publication notification used for posting of the public hearing. He noted the City did not receive any written objections to these projects. Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened the public hearing at approximately 7:10 p.m. Public Comment Mr. Stefan Theimer, 1946 Fairview Mr. Theimer indicated he was at the meeting regarding vacation of item CC. His question was about the vacation and if a surveyor will be coming out to help delineate the line for him. With no one else requesting to speak, Mayor Roe closed the public hearing at approximately 7:12 p.m. Mayor Roe did not think there was an automatic process where someone would come out to delineate those property lines. Ms. Smith indicated she was not aware of the County having a process where they would automatically do that and generally the County does not delineate property lines upon request. It is usually something where the homeowner would have to hire a surveyor to do so. Mayor Roe noted the process takes a little bit of time-perhaps several months- to file with the County and be put in the system for a surveyor to know about the change. Ms. Smith indicated that was correct but she was not aware of the exact timeframe would be. Etten moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 12032 entitled, "Resolution Approving the Vacation of Portions of Mount Ridge Road in the Plat of Cave's North Boundary Second Addition." Roll Call Ayes: Etten, Groff, Strahan, Schroeder, and Roe. Nays: None.
