Consider an Ordinance Amending Chapter 314.05 Adopting the 2024 Fee Schedule City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action and related attachments dated December 4, 2023. Public Comment Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming forward. Strahan moved, Etten seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1650 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Chapter 314.05, Fee Schedule, Adopting the 2024 Fee Schedule." Nays: None Groff moved, Schroeder seconded, enactment of Ordinance Summary No. 1651 entitled, "An Ordinance Summary Amending Chapter 314.05, Fee Schedule: Adopting the 2024 Fee Schedule." Consider Proclamations for 2024 Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action and related attachments dated December 4, 2023. HRIEC Commissioner Elliot Francke was also at the meeting to present the proposed proclamations for 2024. Councilmember Etten expressed appreciation to the HRIEC for their work on this, and commented that the current Native American recognition display is wonderful. One of the things he thought the Council talked about many years ago was that there is a small number of people beyond staff that sees these displays.
