EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey,Minnesota was duly held on the 29th day January,2024 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Etten, Groff, Strahan, and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: Schroeder <br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 12049 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br /> THE ROSEVILLE YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION <br /> WHEREAS,The Roseville Youth Hockey Association has applied for a lawful gambling premises <br /> permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at Buffalo Wild Wings,located at 1777 County Road <br /> B2 W#215A. <br /> WHEREAS, The Roseville Youth Hockey Association has met the local permit requirements as <br /> specified in City Code, Section 304. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Roseville,Minnesota, <br /> as follows: <br /> The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of The Roseville Youth <br /> Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling activities at 1777 County Road B2 W#215A. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Groff, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Groff, Strahan, <br /> and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
