It was fu�ther recommended that the B-2 District !�e <br />allowed to be amended to aliow Phe Shake�'s Pizza'S operation as a sp�c�al <br />use permit raither t�an rezoning the land rer B-3, fn effect the Commission <br />was sr�ying that they did not recommend Purning down the rezoning for the <br />p�rpose o� prohibiting the d�velopment of Shakee's Rizza on the property <br />in question. <br />� 2. <br />There remains the very important question, however, on the e�feGt of the <br />exact location of the Shakee's i-izza aperation and t�e Rosevitie Fune�al <br />Home as it relates to the proposed design of the C-2 Ir�terchange. We <br />nove been in �ontcacP with the Hrghway Department who a�e preparing <br />further delineations regarding the propnsed design as it wo�ld affe�t the <br />properti es-i n questi �. Addi ti ona � i nformati on wi I I be presented at the <br />hec,�ring r�garding these designs for purposes of �larifying the statirs of the <br />proposed private development in the area. <br />
