<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the ninth day of April, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8566 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />RW-P-90-16, LINCOLN DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD C-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement No. RW-P-90-16 consisting of the installation of concrete <br />curb and gutter, bituminous paving, pathway, drainage, associated <br />appurtenances, and the purchase of right-of-way on Lincoln Drive from <br />County Road C-2 to Terrace Drive and county Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive <br />to Snelling Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated at $689,340, and substantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the city Manager; and having considered the views <br />of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the <br />Council does hereby determine to cancel said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Maschka and Johnson. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
