EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the ninth day of April, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8566 RESOLUTION CANCELING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT RW-P-90-16, LINCOLN DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD C-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. RW-P-90-16 consisting of the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, pathway, drainage, associated appurtenances, and the purchase of right-of-way on Lincoln Drive from County Road C-2 to Terrace Drive and county Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $689,340, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the city Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine to cancel said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, and Rog and the following voted against the same: Maschka and Johnson. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
