He i.s now <br />aware of the fact th�t the Village is conaid�ring purch�,se of a por�ion <br />of his property for park purposes. �t would ap�aear however from <br />analyzin��t the topo�phy tlaa�t was brou�t in by the ow�er that it m�y <br />be well t�� c�ansi�er locatir� the park north of the proposed tract. <br />The sketch at the left indicat�s th�s alteraae�te location of the p�z°k. <br />The pr3.ncipal reason why such a re-loc8tiori �y be advis�ble is that <br />the 1�nd eonta,ins .a sk�rp �lope plus some flat ]�.and whereas, the <br />prope�ty to �he south is a continuous slope which �y invo].ve some <br />development problems. W�.th resp�c�t ta the i{rois� pla� how�ev�r, the <br />c�.rculation �ttern devisecl could r�cca�muod,ate the pe.rk in either pQsition. <br />4. It would appe�r,assuffin� that the engineer�.ng problem$ are solved, that <br />the design as p�eeented would solve th� planning problems noted earlier. <br />
