Sanitary Sewer on Western Avenue not shQwn. <br />�+. Sanitary Sewer Proposal: <br />There is no proposal for the disposal of sanitary s�wa.ge to the <br />west of the p�.at . <br />5. S`�reet Grade Proposal: <br />'?'�� grades as propos�LL show a maximum cut of 11 feet and a maximum <br />f�.11 of 11 feet. The labeling of termini on Ma,ckubin Str�et is reversed <br />:From wha� it should be. Western Avenue is a. County Road and utilizes <br />the ditch section for drainage. Until such time as th� County determines <br />that this should be o.f an urban design, i•t will re��.in as it now exists. <br />This will require culverts at each of the three in�;ersections on W�stern <br />Avenue. There is in existance, a culv�rt under Western Avenue from <br />t�ie east that discharges in the center of proposed Centennial Urive� <br />:Provision must be made to maintain this drainage. The maximum grade <br />proposed is 6.56� whereas the maximum authorized by the Vzllage Code <br />is 6�0. Also, in blending in this grade of Mackubin Street at the inte�-- <br />section of Terrace Drivey a much higher grade will actua,�ly result. <br />Aa.justments in the street grade may, in turn, change the proposed sanitary <br />sewer grades. <br />6. Ih�ai nage : <br />T`�iere are several low ar��as and a draina�e course in existance. The area <br />af Iot l6, Block 2, an�. Iot �+� Block 2, will probably be filled. <br />The area of Iot l, Block 3, and Iot 30, Block 2, will probably also be <br />filled. Upon so doing, these wa�ers will be forced north to the marsh <br />on the north side of the plat. <br />
