The Flat indicates that there are 80 lots where actually there <br />�.re only 78, and the address of' the Uw�er is not shown on the <br />Pla�. <br />2. The zoning shows Farm-Res. whereas the zoning is R-1. <br />3. The platted prope:�ty tp the east does not show lots nor the <br />owners. <br />�+. Sanitary� sewer on Western Avenue - not shown. <br />5. Sanitaxy sewer proposal: <br />7'here is no proposa� for the dispos�l of sanitary sewage to the , <br />west of the Plat. <br />6. 3treet grade ancl cross section: <br />The length of Centennial Drive is not the same for the layout map <br />and the streEt grade profile. This would afi'ect the location of <br />the low point to the nor�h of its intersection with T�rrace Dri ve. <br />The streets withi.n the Plat should be of the urban cross section. <br />Western Avenu�e is a County I�ad, but i�t shoulci be kept �n mind that <br />this too wi11 ultimat�ly be of th� urban cross section design. <br />`Until this is accomplished though, drainage to the north should be <br />b�* ditch. <br />7. Draina�;e : <br />.as �here is a low point on Centennial Drive approximately 200 Feet <br />north of its intersection wi�h Terrace Drive, an easement aloz�g one <br />of th� property lines of I�t ].3, Block 1 should be provided. This <br />location cannot be determined uiltil the street �rade is estab lished. <br />Culverts under Judith at Ir�t 22 and Terrace I7rive at Int 1, within <br />..
