r <br />� I 5 ]r� <br />� / <br />�ugust 13, 1962 <br />.�.�.� � .� ,� � <br />SUBJECT: C'hange of Street Grades for <br />St. Anth�ny Plaza II <br />Centlemen: <br />I have reviewe�l the grs.d.�� f�r the abov� named plat submitted by <br />Mr. xroi�s or� August l3, ].962. <br />�� effec� of the grade change is to raise the gen�ral area of the plat. <br />The main c�nsi�erations aroul.d be the existing sanitary sewer and gas <br />mains� the ��posed water main and the general c�rainage of the area. <br />The sei..nitary sewer manMoles wauld. have to be adjusted to the new g.rade, <br />and with the exceptioa of Patton Ro�d, can be accomplis�aed by the <br />addition of adjust�ment rings. <br />T�e gas compaany is familiar with the �,roposed change and appear to be <br />in a�r�ement with this. <br />Z'he water mains cari be constructed, to the new gxades. <br />Aa to the surface drainage, Patton l�ad �hould have the grade changed <br />to a point gpproximately 1.9 feet hi.gher �t M.H. �j� between Brenner <br />and Stanbridge.
