<br />guspect,beca�ise the second half of this plat was not filed,the Planning
<br />Comm3.ssion assumed it �ras open land and designated it for a future playground

<br />St �lnthnny P1aza,Plat No,2. It has been submit,ted to your Honorable Body f or
<br />your approval. If �he l!� lots in B?�ock S,located almost in the center,are taken
<br />for a playground sito,it wi11, seriously effect the value of most of the lots in
<br />. this area.
<br />We have suggested that yau cAnsider the use of a tract of land,immediately
<br />along the west side of Hi�irnray 8,abutting our property. Because of its topa-
<br />graphy,we ar�e of the opinion this tract containing approx. 5-6 acres is not
<br />feasible for home development.It is own�ti b� Mrs.Gust.Barham and we are�.quite
<br />eertain �t emuld be purchased,for a playground site,at a reasonable price.
<br />, �o make it �ossible to have ac�ess to this propos�d tract,from the narth-
<br />:�rest side�off of Pattor� Road as sho�rn on the plat,we �rill agree to �ontribute
<br />Lot 1,8 to the V�llgge. Tha.s 80 feet wi.de lot is estimat�ed to be �rorth not less

<br />i� extreraely desi,r,�ble to continue with the eonstruction of good homes.�e are
