The area of <br />land for which the permit is applied for is shown as out(ined by the dofted <br />line nated on the sketch as the 1ir�e of the proposed f�nce. This is the <br />7..5 acre tract. ��he applicant also owns the long narrow finger of Ic�nd <br />extending to the •th shown in the sketch as "Area A,"'. The applicant <br />is root ap�+lyi � ,e special use permit far this area. <br />2. You will note . xistence of the City of Rosevili�'s Tamarack Park <br />of approximate�y 10 acres. This park ar� and the Margolis property wc�s <br />filled s�veral years ago with material taken out af the 35W freeway route <br />through the Johnson Street area in the City of Minneapolis. That fil) <br />was hauled into the Roseville Par�C ar•ea throuc�h the Margolis` property <br />with their permi�sion. <br />3. Ali of the property �n �he area is z�ned "R-�" single family. Youwill reca�l <br />applications by th� lviargalis Brathers to �ezone the land to "B-l" fnr purposes <br />of setting up a garden store and nursery on the property.
