The area of land for which the permit is applied for is shown as out(ined by the dofted line nated on the sketch as the 1ir�e of the proposed f�nce. This is the 7..5 acre tract. ��he applicant also owns the long narrow finger of Ic�nd extending to the •th shown in the sketch as "Area A,"'. The applicant is root ap�+lyi � ,e special use permit far this area. 2. You will note . xistence of the City of Rosevili�'s Tamarack Park of approximate�y 10 acres. This park ar� and the Margolis property wc�s filled s�veral years ago with material taken out af the 35W freeway route through the Johnson Street area in the City of Minneapolis.
