Through <br />inadvertence, I neglected to request that this fence be <br />constructed in two stages. The first sta�e was to be the <br />fencing of the above ground growing ranoe as indi�ated on tne <br />site plan. The second stage was to be the fencing of the <br />remainder of the parcel. <br />It will take several years to fully develop the in <br />ground growing range. As a consequence there is no need to <br />fence that area during the first year of operation. My primaxy <br />concern at the present tlme is security for the above grouna <br />nursery stock which was subject to some vandalism during the <br />1g74 season. In addit:ton, a two stage fencing program will <br />allow ou.r company to make this substantial capital outlay in <br />a manner more in line with the current economic situation. <br />My present plan is to fence the above <br />range in 1975 and th� inground growing range in <br />the City Council will see this two step approach <br />variation that will not prejudice my chances of <br />Special Use Permit for 295 Larpenteur. <br />ITM/gh <br />Sincerely, <br />ground growing <br />1976.
