No. 1791325, and in the office of the Reg- <br />istrar of Titles of Ramsey County as Doc. No, 553956. <br />Dayton �evelopment Company is the sole owner of record of l.and in <br />Rosedale Center Second Addition abutting upon the above described part of <br />Fai:rview Avenue. Eighth Stree� Development, a sister corporation of Dayton <br />�levelopment Company, is the record owner o£ the abutting land in Rosedale <br />First Addition, but it has conveyed by quit claim deed to Dayton Development <br />Company the above des�ribed part of Fairview Avenue which is in the plat of <br />Rosedale Center First Addition. A copy of this deed is attached hereto. <br />Thus, Dayton Development Company is the sole owner of the land underlying <br />the above described part of Fairview Avenue. <br />It is agreeable to Dayton Development Company that the following <br />restrictions upon its use of the land be im�osed upon the vacation: <br />No access shall be permitted to Trunk Highway No. 36 or to relocated <br />Fairview Avenue trom the ].ands underlying the vacated part of Fairview <br />Avenue, except that accessshall lae permitted Northerly of a line run <br />parallel with and distant 530,8 feet South of the East and West Quarter <br />�ine of said Sec�ion 9; <br />No advertising devices in any form or size shall be constructed, <br />placed or permitted to be constructed or placed upon the lands except: <br />(1) signs, displays and devices advertising the sale or lease af the <br />property, and (2) signs, displays and devices advertisiczg activities <br />conducted on the propert��; <br />
