On Friday, 5/31/68, you arought te my attention a copy of a <br />telephone conversation relating to � proposed tract involving the <br />Rasevill� Prafessional Center. <br />., <br />2. Since then, this area has been field revie�ed and we have obtained <br />a layout of the proposed area. Mr. Karl Keller raised several questions: <br />a. Single family residence, owners located approximately 120' south <br />of the site; They t�uestioned whether the construction of the pro- <br />posed professional center would affect the availability of loan <br />funds. We do nat feel that this would affect VA loan financing. <br />The property in question is some distance to the south and in <br />�ddition, the developer is planning to erect a redwood fence <br />wnich will be supplemented by a visual barrier of high paplar trees. <br />Usuallv. a professional center of this type does not result in a• <br />rea were to be used for drive-in, etc. <br />b. In add�tion� he inquired whether_the devel�ment would_have <br />any affect upor. qualifying_other home� in the area for VA insured <br />___ ------ - <br />loans. As mentioned above z_we__do_not feel this is significant. <br />3.
