Patrick Flgherty, attorney representing most of the residents along <br />flighway 36 owners of property abutting the subject property, stated all <br />of th�m w�re opposed to �his rezoning. Mr. George Hart failed to convince <br />them that it was a reasonable request, �le had no development plans to <br />support his �equest.
