�: <br />major changes on the interchange between Highway 36 and Hamline Avenue <br />which have an obvious impact upon the development in question, it would <br />seem appropriate to seriously consider improvements proposed by the app�icanr <br />to adjust to these conditions and improve the general aesthetic quality of <br />the establishment. Inasmuch as no specific plans were submitted, it would <br />appear appropriate to inquire of the applicant, as to the detailed nature <br />of his expansion program as it relates to present and anticipated parking needs, <br />handling of shipping and receiving related to the operation, relafiionship to <br />contiguous properties in the area (much of which is residential property) and <br />the compliance with normal setback and yard .requirements of the ligb�t <br />industrial zoning district. In other words, the minor deviation from the <br />floor area ratio as established in the zoning ordinance would appear to be <br />of minimal consideration. The important issue is the overall examinption <br />of the development proposal in relation tA accommodation for parking and <br />other needs.
